Felt Birthday Banner

Materials needed: Felt (1 sheet for every 2 pendents), ribbon, and Witchery Stitchery (no sew, iron on adhesive).

Fold each 8.5x11 inch sheet of felt in half.

Using a template, cut out your pendents. You will be able to get 2 per sheet of felt.

Cut as many pendent as you need letters for your banner.

Print out the size & font of letters you need from your computer.  Cut them out and use them to trace the letters on the back of stiff felt with adhesive on the back. Then, cut out the felt letters. Don't forget to trace your letters backwards since you are tracing them on the back of the felt!

Make sure your letters fit on the felt, but don't stick them down yet.

Using ribbon and Witchery Stitchery, iron the ribbon onto the front top of the pendents, spacing them as you like. I like to leave a small 4-inch gap between words to make a visual separation.

This is what it should look like.

Now you can peel off the backing from your letters and stick them to the felt pendents.  Just cut a couple extra pieces of ribbon for you to use to tie up the banner and you are done!
